About Softroc
Financing & Cost
The total investment estimate for a Softroc® franchise ranges from $94,825 to $167,600. Because Softroc® is a home-based business, with little inventory and no brick-and-mortar expenses, costs are substantially lower than other surfacing franchise brands. Softroc® is a low-cost investment with high potential returns.
To franchise with Softroc® our franchise owners need to provide for the franchise fee of $59,500. Most of our owners financed their business through various methods. Our Franchise Development Team will help you consider various options to get your franchise business open and operating.
Currently Softroc® does not provide for internal financing. However our experienced Franchise Development Team can help introduce you to “preferred” lending partners in the franchise industry. These partners will work with you on various opportunities to fund your new franchise business.
Softroc® provides for a 7% royalty fee that is ongoing and collected monthly. Softroc® has a brand marketing fee of 1% and asks that franchise owners spend 2% of gross sales on local area advertising.
Training & Support
Softroc® was designed to be an easy-to-run, easy-to-scale business that can be just as successful for an experienced entrepreneur as it is for a first-time entrepreneur.
Softroc® has developed an intensive training platform that includes how to manage every aspect of your business, including learning how to network to build referral partners, sell your services, perform your services with expertise, manage customer relationships and effectively market your business in your community, including on your social media platforms.
We provide continual reviews to help you meet financial and performance goals monthly including the development of a business plan before you open your business.
Veterans are uniquely qualified to franchise with Softroc®, as they have a proven ability to follow systems, procedures, and processes necessary to make any venture successful. Because our business model is easy to run and easy to scale, Softroc® is a perfect fit for honorably discharged veterans who aspire to turn their dreams of entrepreneurship into reality. Honorably discharged veterans may be eligible to receive $7,000 off their first franchise fee.
Experience & Requirements
Yes. All our franchisees and their technicians are required to be certified by our vendor partner.
No. However, the people that you employ should follow state regulations, and our expert team will help you make the right hires.
